We are Bellingham’s first "fresh" pasta restaurant, where all of the pasta and sauces are made right on the premises. With our cuisine, we strive to demonstrate the versatility of pasta, going beyond the traditional Italian or Mediterranean styles. Here you will find served a tasteful and nutritious meal using as much locally grown, organic products as possible, fresh Washington chicken and Northwest seafood.

Not only will you find fine wines to accompany your meal but also our water comes from a state of the art water filtration system which is used throughout the restaurant. In fact, we cook all of our pasta, brew our coffee and teas, serve you water from, and even wash our dishes in this filtered water!

In addition to the regular items that you will find on the following menu pages, our chef is always inspired to create daily special dishes from seasonal and regional foods.
